Online Therapy

I offer all sessions via secure video, so you can meet from wherever you’re most comfortable.

For a lot of people, this just works better. It makes it easier to stay consistent, fit therapy into a busy schedule, and have sessions in a space that feels familiar.

Online therapy can be a good fit if you:

  • Want to avoid commuting

  • Have a full or unpredictable schedule

  • Prefer being in your own space

  • Travel or move around frequently

  • Or just find it easier to open up from home

Some people also like having their pets nearby during sessions, which is always welcome.
