I offer all sessions via secure video, so you can meet from wherever you’re most comfortable.
For a lot of people, this just works better. It makes it easier to stay consistent, fit therapy into a busy schedule, and have sessions in a space that feels familiar.
Online therapy can be a good fit if you:
Want to avoid commuting
Have a full or unpredictable schedule
Prefer being in your own space
Travel or move around frequently
Or just find it easier to open up from home
Some people also like having their pets nearby during sessions, which is always welcome.
